It's easy to see right through the team at Campaspe Glass and Glazing - because they are always there with a smile and friendly hello.
The face behind the smile belongs to Kirsten McKee, who alongside her glazier husband Stephen, celebrates more than 18 years at the helm of the business.
The Matong Road office has four experienced staff who not only manufacture doors, shower screens and wardrobes in workshop but also shift the workshop to your address when necessary, Stephen said Campaspe Glass provide the service you could expect from someone with 32 years in the industry under his belt.
Willing to travel Echuca-Moama area and surrounding regions means the team don't just repair windows.
Their impressive resume includes mirrors, safety glass, flyscreen repairs and rewires, security doors (hinged and sliding), splashbacks, heater glass and repairs and window rollers - just to name a few.
"I make sure my blokes do it perfectly and if it isn't good enough for me, then it certainly isn't good enough for a client", Stephen said.
"After all my years in the business I'm most proud of the company that we built from nothing over the years to where it is today."
Prioritising dangerous window breakages, the team can provide same day repairs as well as running a 24-hour shutter service to board up breakages after hours and on weekends.
Campaspe Glass services an array of local clients such as Echuca Regional Health, primary schools, real estate property managers, maintenance and handymen as well as the general public.
Heavily involved in the community, the office walls are lined with certificates of appreciation from Murray Human Services, Echuca Special School, Community Living and Respite Service and the local theatre company.
